Every day, SVM’s clients call us
with questions about how to order tickets in the easiest, most cost effective
way possible. We thought we would share
the following tips with you:
Tip 1: Protect your Privacy
* How? Your company
has a relationship with SVM to provide you with established, quality
entertainment offers. When buying
tickets, don’t give out your email address, this will help you avoid unsolicited
emails from other companies.
Tip 2: Save on delivery fees
* How? If you pick up
your tickets at the Box Office (typically referred to as Will Call) instead of
having them mailed to you, you will save money AND won't have to worry about
leaving them at home!
* What do I do? Ask
your ticketing representatives to leave your tickets at the Will Call window of
the Box Office. You can pick them up
anytime before the show begins. Just be
sure to bring the credit card you used to buy the tickets and a photo ID when
picking up your tickets.
Tip 3: Save on service fees
* How? Although SVM
does not charge you per ticket, when you buy tickets over the phone a service
fee is added by the ticketing agency. If
possible*, you can bring the Discount Entertainment Guide directly to the Box
Office to buy your tickets and will avoid these extra charges.
* How to go to the Box Office: You can purchase in advance
or on the day of the show (provided tickets are available). For most Broadway shows the Box Office hours
